GUARDIAN AD LITEM SERVICES

A Guardian ad Litem is a Court Appointed attorney or professional who represents the child's best interests.  As a Friend to the Court, Guardian ad Litem (GAL) conducts interviews with parents, children, third parties directly involved with the children and reports to the lawyers and Court what actions will be in the best interests of the children when the parents are divorcing or going through a modification of their existing orders.
