PARENT COORDINATOR Services

A Parenting Coordinator is a Court appointed  Family Law attorney or other professional who is hired to help improve the communications between parents in high conflict cases.  Most parties who enter into Joint Custody Plans have an appointed Parenting Coordinator to help resolve minor issues of communications and logistics of implementing the Plan.  The PC makes recommendations to the Court, and the attorneys, and if not objected to, those recommendations become a part of the enforceable orders of the Court.   Kurt G. Arras serves as such a professional and lawyers should inquire as to his availability and willingness to serve as PC in their case.  He has also been recommended by Judges in their final orders due to his legal experience.
